Orders are packed within one to two business days. Once it ships, delivery usually takes three to five business days. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is made.
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned. If something arrived broken or the wrong item shipped, email us a photo and we will replace it — no need to send it back.
Around 45 hours. Trim the wick to a quarter inch before each burn, and let the first burn run until the melted wax reaches the edge of the jar. That first burn sets the pattern for every one after it.
Yes — they are alcohol-free and made to work on both linens and skin. As with any fragrance, test a small patch on your wrist first if you have sensitive skin.

Usually, yes. Because we pour in small batches, scents go out of stock while the next batch cures. Write to us with the scent name and we will tell you when the next pour is due.
